Giorgi Rtskhiladze
Giorgi is a global strategist, entrepreneur, seasoned advisor and investor, award winning author and accomplished recording artist. He is founding partner of Logical Strategies LLC , President of Toroil Group & Green Wind Energy Group Inc., co-founder of both the Silk Road TransAtlantic Alliance and the U.S. Georgia Legacy Foundation, author of the bestselling book “Kompromat- My story from Trump to Mueller and from USSR to USA," a private Investor and entrepreneur. Over $5B (USD) in financial transactions have been completed under his direct management and active participation.
Under Giorgi's leadership, Toroil has forged a number of deals in both the oil/traditional and renewable energy industries in the Russian Federation including advising the owner of the first largest commercial wind farm in the Russian Federation. Toroil also formed and financed Headline Group LLC which provided exclusive distribution for top celebrity fashion brands throughout the entire former Soviet territory including: JLo by Jennifer Lopez, L.A.M.B. by Gwen Stefani and Dereon by Beyonce Knowles.

Mr. Rtskhiladze is the Managing Partner and an investor in the Green Wind Energy Group, Inc. which is working with leading U.S. investment firms to develop commercial wind farms in the Former Soviet region and in the U.S..
He is co-founder of the U.S. Georgia Legacy Foundation and the ten-year-old annual New York City Georgian Investment Summits. He has served as an expert/strategic advisor to Astana International Financial Centre. Giorgi architected the successful entry of National Geographic publishing and TV channels and Billboard Magazine’s in Georgia in collaboration with JSC Silknet. He has personally advised the former Prime Minister of Georgia, Mr. Rakhtadze, on the strategic marketing and positioning of the country of Georgia to the United States.
Giorgi also served as a senior strategic advisor to the Silk Road Group SA from 2009-2018. He negotiated and secured a license agreement between the Trump Organization and the Silk Road Group SA to build the Trump Residential Tower project in Batumi, Georgia.
Mr. Rtskhiladze has direct personal investments in music, film, media and fashion sectors in the U.S. and has helped negotiate, secure and co-fund distribution of a wide-range of Phillip Morris and Procter & Gamble products to the Republic of Georgia/former USSR.
As a singer/songwriter, Giorgi released a popular music album in the United States under the title "Giorgi" produced by the legendary American record producer, Tony Visconti. Giorgi received his green card -permanent resident status in the U.S. as an extraordinary singer-songwriter in 1994.
He is a life-time learner receiving a degree from Tbilisi State Conservatory, in Georgia in 1991, and a degree from School of Gnesiny, in Moscow, Russia in 1986. He also attended Western Connecticut State University where he studied marketing.
Giorgi is fluent in English, Georgian, Russian, and speaks some French.
